Self Catering luxury new build 5 bedroom detached house in Coylumbridge and just a short walk from the centre of Aviemore. Situated at the foot of the Cairngorm Mountains on the Cairngorm Ski Road, making it an ideal base for skiing, snowboarding, walking, golf, fishing and other outdoor activities.
Set in a cul-de-sac within a woodland clearing this detached house has ensuite facilities within each of the five large bedrooms which are designed to accommodate ten adults very comfortably, however, where there are family groups we can cater for up to fourteen people. With underfloor heating, mechanical ventilation, Italian floor tiles, solid oak floors and modern high quality furniture and fittings this is truly the location for that luxury vacation.
The ground floor contains the lounge a large kitchen/dining area, a sunroom, one of the twin bedrooms, and the utility area which comprises of a utility room, a drying room and a toilet. The largest first floor bedroom has sole access to a large balcony which overlooks the rear garden and the adjacent woodland.
