| Ishbel is a Fellow of the Institute of Hospitality, and a Member of the Royal Environmental Health Institute of Scotland. She has over 30 years experience in the Hospitality and Tourism industry, both in the operations and management field, and in training and lecturing. She is a qualified IOH Hospitality Assured coach and has many prominent businesses as her clients. She is proud of the relationship she has with these clients, and of the extremely positive feedback she gains from the courses she runs. Courses are offered in Introductory Food Hygiene Elementary Food Hygiene Intermediate Food Hygiene Elementary Health and Safety Introduction to HACCP Cook safe Elementary Food and Health Some courses may be accessed using an ILA through AALP.
