| Steve and Karen turned part of their home into a 30 cover restaurant in May 2005 and it has quickly become one of the most highly regarded in the area. Their conservatory restaurant is decorated with solid oak tables and chairs, natural fabrics and subtle lighting creating a fabulous dining area within 2 rooms seperated by glass giving every table their privacy but retaining the atmosphere.The food is prepared by steve who has worked as Head Chef in some of scotlands top country house hotels including Ballathie House, Blairgowrie and Cromlix House, Dunblane. His uncomplicated cooking style has gained the restaurant a strong following of customers appreciating the quality of the ingredientscreating dishes which let the flavours speak for themselves. | |
