| Beallich is a health and activity company with its own yoga studio, massage therapy room and indoor climbing wall. We are based in the beautiful and quiet Haughs of Cromdale Hills.Our aim is to provide an enjoyable experience to all ages and abilities whether individuals, groups or families. | |
| Regardless of age or ability yoga is for everyone. Improve energy levels, body strength and suppleness, mobility in joints and awareness of posture. Abby will lead you through the class. Abby has also trained as a massage therapist. Massage is an ancient form of healing: relieving pain, improving health and relaxation. Massage and Yoga can take place at Beallich or wherever is convenient for you. We can also take you mountaineering, climbing and abseiling throughout Scotland. We can mix the activities according to the wishes of the group, e.g. some in a party may want to do yoga in the morning and climb in the afternoon, the others may want want to do a day's hilwalking. We will plan the day(s) in accordance with your wishes and abilities, in order that you have an enjoyable experience. | |
