BASI is the sole UK provider of and training towards professional snowsport teaching qualifiactions, there are 5 disciplines; alpine, Snowboard Adaptive, Nordic and Telemark delivered in 10 countries worldwide. We also provide Gap year programmes in 8 countries.
BASI provides onE of the most respoected snowsport Teching qualifications in the world and offers courses in Scotland, France, Italy Switzerland Austria, Argentina, New Zealand Canada, Poland and the USA.
The Gap programmes ahich lead to The BASI instructor level qualification range from 10 to 13 weeks and are regarded as one of the most inspiring and rewarding experiences by students.
BASI has 4000 members and provides excellent membership services including a quarterly newsletter and wideranging equipment and clothing offers.
The educational value of BASI's teaching qualifications is often regarded as development of skills that can be carried into a lot of other skills areas such as people management, public speaking and organisational skills.
